bunch parsley

scotch bonnet pepper

tbsp oil

bunch fresh thyme

red onion

green bell pepper

Instructions
1. Prepare all the ingredients by washing the herbs and vegetables. 2. Chop the parsley, thyme, red onion, garlic, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into smaller pieces for easier blending. 3. If using, add the scotch bonnet or habanero pepper. 4. Place all the ingredients including allspice, cumin, oil, salt, and pepper into a blender or food processor. 5. Blend the mixture until it reaches a chunky consistency. 6. Store the seasoning in glass jars and refrigerate for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 6 months.
