What you need

cup cream cheese
cup lump crab meat

tsp smoked paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp butter
tbsp oil

tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven or grill. 2. Prepare the crab stuffing by combining lump crab meat, cream cheese, chopped parsley, Old bay seasoning, Sazón, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl. Mix well. 3. Cut pockets in the salmon filets for stuffing. 4. Season the salmon filets with oil, Old bay seasoning, Sazón, onion powder, and smoked paprika. 5. Stuff each salmon filet with the prepared crab mixture. 6. Melt butter and brush over the salmon. 7. Sprinkle with additional parsley for color. 8. Bake or grill the stuffed salmon filets until cooked through.
