1: Heat the unsalted butter in a pot over medium heat. 2: Add the sliced red and green bell peppers, diced carrot, and grated ginger; sauté for a few minutes. 3: Add the grated garlic and colossal shrimp; cook until the shrimp turns pink. 4: Stir in the seafood broth, creamy coconut milk, and all the spices (including thyme, bay leaves, paprika, onion, allspice, cloves, cumin, curry powder, and hot curry powder). 5: Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. 6: For thickening, mix cornstarch with cool water and add to the stew, stirring to combine. 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8: Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful stew!View original recipe
