Homemade Chili

A delicious homemade chili made with ground Wagyu beef, Cajun chicken sausage, and a variety of vegetables and seasonings. This hearty dish is perfect for warming up on a cold winter day. Top with cheese and serve with cornbread or rice for a comforting meal.

What you need

oz taco seasoning

tsp brown sugar

tbsp oregano

tbsp onion powder

green bell pepper

cup beef broth

oz tomato paste

oz tomato sauce

yellow onion

tsp chili powder

tbsp garlic powder

red bell pepper

tsp cumin
Instructions
1: On medium heat, sauté the sausage until slightly brown. 2: Add the wagyu beef, break apart and cook for 4-5 minutes. 3: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the seasonings and half an ounce of the taco seasoning. Mix in the meat and cook for an additional 1 minute. 4: Add the diced bell peppers and onions into the pot and cook until the vegetables are slightly softened. 5: Stir in the tomato paste, drained rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, and drained petite diced tomatoes. 6: Mix, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. 7: Add minced garlic, beef broth, and remaining seasoning plus taco seasoning. (Season to taste) 8: Stir in brown sugar and tomato sauce. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. 9: After 30 minutes, add beans, stir, cover, and cook for an additional 45 minutes on medium-low heat.
