tsp granulated garlic

tsp white pepper

tsp onion powder

tbsp hoisin sauce

cup honey
tsp cornstarch

tbsp soy sauce
tbsp oil

tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix chicken thighs with smoked paprika, onion powder, white pepper, garlic, and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes. 2: Boil water in a pot and blanch the broccoli for 1–2 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking. Drain and set aside. 3: Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer. Cook 4–6 minutes each side until browned and cooked through. Remove, slice the chicken and set aside. 4: In the pan, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and cornstarch mixed with water-slurry. 5: Add the chicken back to the pan. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken for about 2–3 minutes. 6: Add the blanched broccoli and slightly toss and coat with the sauce.
