Instructions
1. Clean and season the shrimp with jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, old bay seasoning, black pepper, and salt. 2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside. 3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. 4. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 5. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, remove and set aside. 6. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and sauté until softened. 7. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer. 8. Stir in scallions and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and additional old bay seasoning if needed. 9. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, mix thoroughly. 10. Add cooked shrimp back to the skillet, combine with the pasta and sauce. 11. Serve hot garnished with additional scallions if desired.
