tbsp chicken bouillon

bay leaves

tsp chili powder

tsp cumin powder

green bell pepper

tsp rosemary

tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. 2: Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and sausage, cooking until the vegetables are tender. 3: Stir in the rice, chicken broth (or water), chicken bouillon, and all the seasonings. 4: Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and add the bay leaves. 5: Cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until rice is cooked. 6: Remove from heat, fluff the rice, and stir in the parsley.View original recipe
