What you need

Instructions
1: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2: Add diced yellow onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened. 3: Stir in shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. 4: Add the seafood seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 5: Pour in seafood broth, Sofrito, and gandules. Bring to a boil. 6: Stir in rinsed rice and bring back to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. 7: Cook for about 20 minutes or until rice is done. 8: Once cooked, remove from heat, and fluff the rice.
