Instructions
1: Marinate the oxtail with Jamaican browning sauce, salt, and pepper as desired. 2: In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté chopped Green Bell Pepper and onion until soft. 3: Add the marinated oxtail to the cooker and add thyme, minced garlic, beef bouillon cubes, Oxtail Seasoning, Caribbean Seasoning, onion powder, allspice, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and room temp water. 4: Seal the pressure cooker and cook for about an hour. 5: In a bowl, mix flour with some water to create a slurry for thickening the gravy. 6: After cooking, release pressure and add the slurry to the oxtail to thicken the gravy before serving.View original recipe
