What you need

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp stir fry oil

tsp ground ginger

tsp granulated garlic

tbsp soy sauce

tsp white pepper

cup thai basil

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp hoisin sauce

tbsp onion powder
Instructions
1: In a preheated wok, on medium heat sauté onions until lightly caramelized and soft. 2: Add in fresh shredded cabbage, and shredded carrots. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes or until softened. 3: Stir fry the vegetables and shrimp for about 2 minutes. 4: Add the fresh stir fry noodles. Add a dash of oil to stir fry. 5: Stir fry the shrimp, vegetables, and stir fry noodles for 2 minutes. 6: Season with white pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder & ground ginger. 7: Drizzle in the soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce & Thai basil. 8: Gently but quickly toss the stir fry until the noodles are fully coated and shrimp is fully cooked. 9: Add a touch of butter, toss and serve while hot!View original recipe
