cup heavy cream

Instructions
1: Thinly dice celery and chop scallions. 2: Cook the colossal shrimp with salt and pepper. 3: Prepare cooked grits according to package instructions. 4: In a pan, melt unsalted butter and sauté celery and scallions. 5: Add in the onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and Sazon seasoning. 6: Pour in heavy cream, and mix until slightly thickened. 7: Add in cooked grits, Parmesan cheese, and mild cheddar cheese, stirring until combined. 8: Top with cooked shrimp and serve.View original recipe
