What you need

lb oxtail

tbsp granulated garlic

cup beef broth

green onion
tsp sazon
tbsp oil

cup all purpose flour

tsp paprika

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp browning sauce

scotch bonnet pepper

green bell pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare and chop the green bell pepper and green onion. 2. Season the oxtail with Caribbean all-purpose seasoning, sazon seasoning, onion powder, granulated garlic, and paprika. 3. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, scotch bonnet pepper, green seasoning, and Jamaican browning sauce to the oxtail. 4. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, add oxtail, and brown on all sides. 5. Add chopped green bell pepper and green onion to the pot. 6. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. 7. Cover the pot and simmer gently on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the oxtail is tender. 8. Mix all-purpose flour with water and add it to the pot to thicken the sauce, cooking for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
