Instructions
1: Lightly coat the salmon fillet with oil and season it using a tablespoon of the seasoning blend. 2: In a preheated wok over medium heat, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil and sear the salmon for 3 minutes on each side. 3: Once the salmon is done, set it aside and cook the shrimp in 1 tablespoon of butter with 2 tablespoons of the seasoning blend until thoroughly cooked. 4: Sauté the green bell pepper, onion, and carrots. 5: Add minced garlic and sauté until it becomes slightly softened. 6: Scramble the egg, then stir-fry the rice that has been stored for 2 days. 7: Incorporate 2 tablespoons of butter, soy sauce, parsley, scallions, and a blend of white pepper and fried rice seasoning. 8: Gently toss the ingredients together for 2 to 3 minutes until everything is well combined. 9: Return the shredded salmon and shrimp to the wok. 10: Serve this in a bowl and enjoy!View original recipe
