What you need

turkey sausage

tbsp onion powder

yellow onion
potato

dash red bell pepper

dash salt

cup shredded cheese

tbsp smoked paprika

tsp butter

tbsp garlic powder

dash pepper

Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add half of the oil and butter. 2. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to brown. 3. Add the turkey sausage slices, diced red bell pepper, and diced yellow onion to the potatoes in the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is browned, about 5-7 minutes. 4. Push the potato mixture to one side of the skillet and pour the remaining oil on the empty side. 5. Pour the whisked eggs onto the empty side of the skillet and scramble them, cooking until just set. 6. Mix the scrambled eggs into the potato mixture evenly. 7. Add the shredded cheese and mix until melted and combined. 8. Sprinkle smoked paprika, onion powder, granulated garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the skillet mixture and stir to combine. 9. Serve hot directly from the skillet.
