Instructions
1: Oil the salmon fillets on all sides and season with dehydrated onion powder, cumin powder, and garlic powder. Add smoked paprika or chili powder for color, finishing with salt and pepper to taste. 2: Preheat a pan over medium heat and sear the salmon on both sides for 4 to 5 minutes until cooked to preference. Remove the salmon from the pan and cover to keep warm. 3: In the same pan, sauté diced red bell peppers until slightly softened, then add freshly chopped Chinese spinach and sauté for 2 minutes. Finally, add roughly chopped garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 4: Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a slight simmer. Season with the same spices used for the salmon, tasting and adjusting as necessary. Remove from heat and stir in Italian cheese until smooth. 5: Let the pasta sauce thicken, then serve the salmon on a bed of fettuccine pasta, drizzled with the brown butter lemon sauce.
