lb red beans

red bell pepper

tbsp creole seasoning

bay leaves

tsp chili powder

white onion

tbsp butter

tbsp onion powder

green bell pepper

tsp dried thyme

tsp ground black pepper

tbsp garlic powder
Instructions
1: Soak red beans for 24 hours. 2: In the Instant Pot, add andouille sausage, turkey necks or leg, diced celery, bell peppers, onion, scallions, garlic, and parsley. 3: Add the soaked red beans, bay leaves, broth, and seasonings. 4: Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to cook for 60 minutes. 5: Once done, mash up 2-3 cups of the cooked beans for a thicker base. 6: Shred the smoked turkey meat and stir it back into the mixture. 7: Let the dish simmer for a few minutes, then serve hot with rice or cornbread.View original recipe
