1: Heat olive oil in a hibachi stove or pan. 2: Add chicken thighs and cook until done. 3: Mix in soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 4: In a separate bowl, combine bourbon chicken sauce ingredients: soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, granulated sugar, minced garlic, ginger, and bourbon. 5: Adjust cornstarch with water to create a slurry, and mix with the sauce. 6: Pour the sauce over cooked chicken and let it thicken. 7: For the fried rice, heat oil in a pan, add chilled rice and soy sauce, and stir until combined. 8: Mix in butter, hoisin sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and fried rice seasoning. 9: Add carrots, and push rice to one side while scrambling the eggs. 10: Combine everything, then add pineapple and cook until heated through.View original recipe
